Immunogen

This NCoA4 / ELE1 antibody was raised against a peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human NCoA4.

Buffer

Rabbit serum containing 30% glycerol and 0.035% sodium azide. Sodium azide is highly toxic.

NCoA4 / ELE1 antibody (pAb) tested by Western blot.
Nuclear extract (20 µg) of LNCaP cells probed with NCoA4 / ELE1 antibody at a dilution of 1:2,000.

Background

NCoA4 (Nuclear receptor co-activator 4; also known as ELE1 and ARA70) is a transcriptional co-activator that enhances the transcriptional activity of several nuclear receptors, including androgen receptor and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) gamma. It also interacts with the androgen receptor and the retinoid X receptor (RXR) in a ligand-dependent manner.
