アルブミンは肝臓でのみ産生され, 血流によって循環する主要な血漿タンパク質です。アルブミンはコロイド浸透圧の調節や長鎖の脂肪酸, 胆汁酸, ビリルビン, ヘマチン, カルシウムおよびマグネシウムに結合に重要な役割を持ちます。また, 栄養因子や薬剤の運搬も行います。血清アルブミンは罹患, 死亡, 肝疾患, 腎疾患や栄養不良の信頼のおける指標となるため, 効果的な解析法の需要が高くなっています。Albumin Blue Fluorescent Assay Kitは高品質で, 高感度なアルブミン検出を実現し, 解析に必要な全てのものが含まれています。
Albumin Blueの特長
現在使用されている低濃度アルブミン (< 100 mg/L) 定量に適した測定法には特異性がなく, 単に総タンパク量を測定するものです。 対照的にAlbumin Assay Kitは使用が簡便で, 高感度かつアルブミン特異的です。スタンダードと試料にDiluent BufferとDye Reagentを加え, 蛍光を測定します。蛍光シグナル強度はサンプル濃度に比例します。また, アルブミンと結合した色素は大幅に励起が増加するため, 遊離色素の発光によるバックグラウンドは最小限に抑えられます(図1)。
