Novel High-Throughput Tools for Detecting Age-Associated Epigenetic Changes in Liquid Biopsies
DNA methylation changes are known to be associated with aging, and other epigenetic biomarkers such as levels of circulating nucleosomes are also being investigated. Liquid biopsies, using samples such as plasma or saliva, are also becoming more common in screening assays looking at epigenetic changes.
This poster demonstrates the applications of Active Motif’s high-throughput approaches to detect epigenetic alterations in human serum samples from healthy young and old individuals.
