Description
Histone deacetylase inhibitor (IC50 = 400 µM). Demonstrates neuroprotective, anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory activity. Inhibits Aβ production and neuritic plaque formation in Alzheimer's mouse models. Clinically useful anti-convulsant.
