Description

Potent and selective inhibitor of the histone acetyltransferase p300/CBP (Ki = 400 nM)(ref 1). Induces apoptosis in prostate cancer cells (ref 2). Enhances fear extinction memory and synaptic plasticity in mice (ref 3). Promotes tau deacetylation reducing levels of pathogenic p-tau (ref 4). Cell permeable.
