Description
Potent inhibitor of histone acetyltransferases p300 (IC50 = 7 M) and pCAF (IC50 = 5 M)(ref 1). Induces apoptosis in various cell lines (ref 2). Promotes expansion of human hematopoietic stem cells (ref 3). Cell permeable.
