Background
This high quality anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody was raised in goat and has been affinity purified and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP). By improving this procedure we are able to offer antibodies with high specificy which will reduce the background and increase the sensitivity of detection in your assay.
Storage
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles by aliquoting into single-use fractions for storage at -70°C or below. Prepare working dilution on day of use. Product is stable for about 6 weeks at 2°-8°C as an undiluted liquid. Do not use sodium azide with HRP-conjugated antibodies as it will inactivate the horseradish peroxidase. Keep all reagents on ice when not in storage.
