Background

PRMT3 (protein arginine N-methyltransferase 3) is a member of the protein arginine N-methyltransferase (PRMT) family that is capable of monomethylating and asymmetrically dimethylating arginine residues of histone H4 (H4R3). PRMT3 has been shown to interact with RPS2.

Protein Details

Recombinant PRMT3 (accession number NP_005779.1) was expressed in Sf9 cells and contains an N-terminal FLAG-Tag with an observed molecular weight of 61.5 kDa. The recombinant protein is >95% pure by SDS-PAGE.
