Immunogen
This FOXP1 antibody was raised against a recombinant protein corresponding to amino acids 495-578 of mouse FOXP1. This antibody detects three isoforms.
Buffer
Purified IgG in PBS with 30% glycerol and 0.035% sodium azide. Sodium azide is highly toxic.
Background
FOXP1 (forkhead box P1) is a transcriptional repressor and belongs to subfamily P of the forkhead box (FOX) transcription factor family. It plays an important role in the specification and differentiation of lung epithelium. Can act with CTBP1 to synergistically repress transcription but CTPBP1 is not essential. Essential transcriptional regulator of B-cell development (By similarity).
